These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and FreedomXWallet LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the FreedomXWallet mobile application for iOS and Android, website at freedomxwallet.com, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). FreedomXWallet is a non-custodial software wallet designed for managing cryptocurrencies, NFTs, and other digital assets in the Web3 ecosystem.

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• Not be located in, or a resident of, any sanctioned jurisdiction (e.g., Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Donetsk, or Luhansk regions).
• Not be on any prohibited lists maintained by the U.S. OFAC, UN, EU, or other relevant authorities.
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Use of the Services is void where prohibited.

2. Description of Services

FreedomXWallet is a non-custodial software wallet for iOS and Android, enabling you to store, send, receive, and manage digital assets like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, NFTs, and tokens.

• Swap Feature: Powered by Uniswap for Ethereum-compatible chains and Raydium for Solana, our swap feature allows in-app token exchanges with low fees via decentralized exchange protocols.
• Portfolio Tracking: Real-time valuation of cryptocurrencies and NFTs, with analytics, price alerts, and OpenSea integration for NFT metadata and valuation.
• Non-Custodial: You retain sole control over your private keys and seed phrases. We do not have access to your assets.
• Third-Party Integrations: Fiat-to-crypto purchases via partners like Moonpay, subject to their AML/KYC terms.

3. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and comply with AML, KYC, and counter-terrorism financing regulations. Prohibited activities include:

• Engaging in illegal activities (e.g., money laundering, fraud).
• Violating sanctions or export controls.
• Hacking, reverse engineering, or transmitting malware.

Violations may lead to access termination and reporting to authorities.

4. Sanctions Compliance

We enforce strict sanctions compliance using AWS-powered controls:

• Geo-Restrictions: AWS CloudFront blocks access from sanctioned regions (e.g., Cuba, Iran) at the IP level.
• Sanctions Screening: AWS Marketplace tools (e.g., ThreatSTOP) sync with OFAC, UN, and EU lists for real-time user screening.
• AML/KYC: For fiat transactions, we rely on Moonpay's robust AML/KYC processes.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is." We are not liable for losses due to user error, hacking, or market volatility. Our total liability is limited to $100 or fees paid in the last 12 months.
